Noremac was founded with a simple belief: every business owner deserves access to clear, honest, and experienced support.
Having navigated the realities of scaling a business, managing rapid growth, and ultimately delivering a high-stakes exit of his own, Cam saw something missing. Too many business owners were working tirelessly in the business, without the strategic guidance, operational clarity, or commercial insight needed to make confident, long-term decisions.
Noremac was created to fill that gap; consultancy grounded in real-world experience, strategic thinking, and a practical, no-nonsense approach to solving business challenges.
Today, Noremac works with business owners across the UK offering growth advisory, operational consulting, leadership support, commercial strategy, and - when the time is right - professional exit and acquisition guidance through its partnership with Business Partnership.

Meet Cam.
Cam has over a decade of business management experience, in industries from fast-moving consumer goods to luxury retail, specialising in eCommerce and marketing.
After initially studying to join the legal sector, Cam joined as third generation of his family’s business, where he expanded their digital footprint become one of the market leaders in its industry. After exponentially increasing the company’s revenue and strategically reducing operational costings, he then led the negotiations for what resulted in a multi-million pound deal for his family.
Post sale, he was asked to lead the company within the Dr Oetker setting of the larger corporate group. Shortly thereafter he was appointed Head of eCommerce of the group, taking charge of numerous business units and marketplaces.
A position as Head of Marketing & eCommerce for Chisholm Hunter, one of the UK’s largest luxury jewellery & watch retailers, followed next where he oversaw operations for both online and in-store activity.
Cam is currently a Partner of Business Partnership, a leading UK business brokerage with a long-standing track record of helping business owners successfully navigate the process of valuing, selling, and acquiring businesses.
He is also a board member and consultant for many different companies, advising on operational setup, marketing strategy, business development, and exit planning.
